Palo Verde and Verano Place

These communities are graduate communities with large apartments shared among two or three students with a shared restroom and a kitchen.

Both these facilities are very nice, quiet, confortable and fully autonomous.

Unfortunately EAP students are not allowed to apply to these options. The author of this text, who lived on campus for almost three years, suggests not even try to write emails to the housing office. Policies are followed very strictly and there is almost no chance that an exchange EAP student will be accepted here, especially before starting the academic year (usually in September) and especially for those who stay only for half a year.

EAP students are usually not even accepted for subleasing houses when owners are abroad for a period of time.
